MEET LEANNE
What you feel is sacred. What your body holds is wise.
I'm here to help you go deeper than understanding — into the kind of healing that actually changes how it feels to live in your body.
Maybe you've done therapy before — and left with good insights and the same knot in your chest.
You know your patterns. You can name your triggers. And still, something isn't shifting.
Or maybe you're a mother disappearing into the caregiving, a sensitive woman running on empty, or someone who has spent a lifetime holding it all together for everyone else.
I help women like you go beyond the talking — into your body, your creativity, and the parts of yourself that words alone can't reach.
What you need isn't more insight. It's a different door in.
THIS IS THAT PLACE.
Clients describe me as both a safe container and a loving guide.
I pay attention to what you're not saying — the breath change, the sudden silence, the thing you almost let yourself feel. I'll name it gently, and we'll sit with it together. Rage, grief, shame, the sacred mess of womanhood — nothing is too dark or too much. And we’ll laugh, too.
When words aren't enough, we use expressive art. Because some wisdom lives underneath language, and when you put it on paper, something shifts. What felt stuck becomes visible. What felt shapeless takes form. And what felt overwhelming becomes, somehow, approachable.
I've done this work myself — the embodied, expressive, spiritual kind. I know how hard it is to commit to real healing. I also know what's waiting on the other side (and the grass IS greener over here, promise).
WHAT COMING HOME TO YOURSELF LOOKS LIKE…
I'm here to help you heal at the root — so the patterns that have been running your life can finally loosen their grip.
The women who do this work stop white-knuckling their emotions. They stop outsourcing their sense of okay-ness to everyone else's reactions.
They start noticing what they actually feel and what their body has been trying to tell them all along. They parent differently — not perfectly, but from a more grounded place. They stop spiraling in the 3am thoughts. They start recognizing when an old wound is running the show and they have tools to meet it.
Most of all, they start trusting themselves again. That inner knowing that got buried under years of anxiety, people-pleasing, and caretaking everyone else's needs — it comes back. Slowly. But it comes back.
That's the shift. And once it happens, you move through the world differently — lighter, more true to yourself.
