In the Media
I believe that healing happens when we finally feel safe enough to express our truth.
I've been honored to share my voice in media spaces that center the real, unfiltered experiences of women and moms.
As a licensed therapist, art therapist, and someone who has walked my own winding path of healing, I bring more than clinical knowledge to these conversations. I bring lived experience. I know what it feels like to carry more than you can hold — and to slowly, tenderly find your way back to yourself.
My work — both in session and in the wider world — is rooted in the belief that healing doesn't have to be clinical and cold. It can be creative, soulful, and deeply human. Through these features and conversations, my hope is that more women feel seen, less alone, and a little more willing to reach out for the support they deserve.
