Soul Cards is a community art night rooted in the expressive arts tradition of intuitive collage, drawing on the wisdom of parts-based inner work.

You’ll browse through a pile of magazines and found images, let something catch your eye, and trust that your hands know what your mind hasn’t quite figured out yet. From those images, you’ll create a collage card that captures one of your inner “parts”: a piece of who you are that deserves a little space and recognition.

Think of it as a conversation with yourself — one that happens through scissors and glue instead of words. By the end of the evening, you’ll have something tangible in your hands: a small, handmade portrait of a part of your own soul.
