Nurture Art Studio
a creative, nurturing community for moms
What if you felt truly held in motherhood?
What if your worries could soften and float away, no longer circling in your mind? What if there was a space tender enough to hold how you’re really doing, where you are seen and heard by women who truly get it?
What if motherhood became less about losing yourself, and more about coming home—to your body, your joy, your spirit, and a community that cares?
What if ease, creativity, and confidence were already waiting for you, just beneath the surface? And what if the missing piece was nurturing you, the mother.
With each baby’s arrival, a mother is born too. Mothers also need tending, holding and care just as much as their babies.
This is your sanctuary, Mama. Come be nurtured.
What is Nurture Art Studio?
a creative, nurturing community for moms
Nurture Art Studio is a creative drop-in group for moms who long for support, connection, and a little breathing room in the wildness of motherhood.
Here, you’re invited to slow down, express, and play—to remember parts of yourself that may be in the background. Through simple art-making, tender reflection, and honest conversation, we invite you into a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone.

why it matters
01 to nurture you
Motherhood can be tender, overwhelming, and isolating. You carry so much for your family, yet so often, there’s little space for you.
02 to rediscover yourself
Motherhood changes everything: your body, your mind, your spirit. You may feel like a different person than you were before, but it’s hard to know where to begin in getting to know this new version of yourself.
03 to be held in community
You might be holding birth stories or motherhood experiences that you wish you could share in a space where they’ll be received with compassion. You may long for a community where you feel seen, understood, and not so alone.
About your facilitator
Leanne Morton, LPC, ATR
Art Therapist
Hi, I’m Leanne. I’m an art therapist, perinatal mental health specialist, and mama. I believe that motherhood is not meant to be carried alone and that creativity is one of the most powerful ways to remember who you are.
For years, I’ve walked alongside women and mothers as they journey through the tender spaces of identity, healing, and connection. I know how disorienting and transformative motherhood can be, and I also know the beauty that emerges when women gather together in authenticity and love.
In Nurture Art Studio, I offer a space that feels like an exhale: a gentle, nourishing circle where you can come exactly as you are, set down what feels heavy, and be reminded that you are held, seen, and enough.
